I am a future retiree and yacht owner, hopefully. I work in the commercial real estate industry and am going on my 6th year. I live by the golden rule and urge everyone around me to do the same. I enjoy writing and hope I make someone laugh or reconsider their position with my words.

I know sports because sports is what I love most, next to my family. I played almost every sport competitevely in one fashion or another and played football at the DI lvl. I have coached football in high school and college and now I referee it while my kids grow up. I am knowledgable in sports and so you will see most of my writings in that catagory. I only write on other less knowledgable things when my “passion bucket” runeth over on a topic.
